After heat treatment, the structure of the crane wheel has advantages of high elasticity and high yield limit, with high strength, wear resistance and flexibility, it is suitable for high-speed running wheel.
Besides, as wheels are cheap and easy to purchase, they have been and will be widely used on cranes.
Crane parts steel crane trolley wheels contain double rim, single rim and rim-less wheels. Genreal speaking, double rim wheel is used foe crane and single rim wheel is used for trolley. The material of wheels can be ZG50SiMn, 65 steel, 42CrMo amd so on, it can be customized according to our customer's requirements.

Application places:
1, extensively used in factories, workshops, warehouses and many other occasions to hoist materials directly,

1) Material: ZG55,ZG65,ZG50SiMn or on request
2) wheel diameter: Φ250mm-Φ800mm.
3) Tread Hardness:300-380HB OR Trand surface and rim quench hardness: HRC45-55 Trand surface and rim quench depth: 15-18mm.
4) Applicable scope: overhead crane,gantry crane,container crane,port carne,transfer car,etc
5) Measuring & testing equipment:Projecting profile, roughness tester, hardness tester, concentricity tester ect, UT ultrasonic detecting instrument.
